Sunrise Sweat

3/18- 10-11am; Sunrise Sweat- Join our own Liz Wood for a special edition rave workout! This sweaty event combines fluid yoga movements with muscle strength and muscle endurance. We weave cardio and core work throughout for a full body, challenging, and FUN workout. You don’t want to miss this one!
